  2. We call you back

    We ring you to confirm the time, and the price if we can give it over the phone. Nothing is booked until then.

    We’ll be in touch immediately, 8am–11pm

  3. We come to you

    At the time we agree, or within 1 to 1.5 hours if it’s urgent.

  4. Fixed and checked

    We test the repair and show you what we did. Need a written report? Tell us before the job starts.

Before you book

How does online booking work?

Pick the job, a day and a time that suit you, then send the request. We’ll be in touch immediately, 8am to 11pm, to confirm the time, and the price if we can give it over the phone. Nothing is booked until we’ve spoken.

How quickly can you get to me?

For urgent jobs we aim to arrive within 1 to 1.5 hours, 8am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Planned jobs happen at the time we agree with you.

When will I know the price?

We can often give you a quote over the phone. If the job is urgent, or we can’t price it over the phone, we’ll quote when we visit. There’s no VAT to add.

Can you help if I’m on a tight budget?

We understand some customers may struggle with the cost. At our discretion, we can offer a discount where possible once we’ve given you a price. Please talk to us about this before any site visit or work is carried out, with proof such as your state pension or benefits. We’ll do our best to lower the cost for customers who need extra help.

Will I get a report for my insurer?

Yes. If you need one for your insurer, let us know before the job starts.

How can I pay?

By card, bank transfer or cash.
