We ring you to confirm the time, and the price if we can give it over the phone. Nothing is booked until then.

How quickly can you get to me?
For urgent jobs we aim to arrive within 1 to 1.5 hours, 8am to 11pm, 7 days a week.
Are you a 24-hour emergency plumber?
No. We take emergency call-outs from 8am to 11pm, 7 days a week. If it happens overnight, turn off your stopcock and book online, and we’ll be in touch from 8am.
Do you cover south London?
We take urgent jobs south of the river. Call us to check we can reach you.
Can I send photos first?
Yes. Send them on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you what we think is wrong.
When will I know the price?
We can often give you a quote over the phone. If the job is urgent, or we can’t price it over the phone, we’ll quote when we visit. There’s no VAT to add.
